Hi Carlos.
The error is from store data, if you realize both the merchant code and the terminal are at 0
Check that the data is correct, if you copied it with copy and paste, check that there are no blank spaces.
The Redsys module. Did the bank provide it to you, did you download it from the redsys page itself?
If after reviewing everything you still have problems, download the version that we have prepared of the module, delete the previous one and install the one from the link -> Content only visible to registered users
