From what I can see in the documentation, the files are uploaded to the folder that you indicate in the configuration:
and the images that each user uploads are added an ID that corresponds to the same user ID.

I don’t know of any extension for fabrik that allows you to display each user’s files in front and in Joomla! Extensions Directory, I don’t see extensions for fabrik

It is an extension that I do not know, I think that in all its time I saw it once many years ago and I do not know it enough to inform you well.
