What is a first click test

The first click test is a method to check and measure the usability of a website, an App or an interface. Specifically, it is used to verify if a user finds a specific element such as a link, a button, etc. within an interface.

The first click test has the advantage that, unlike other methods or usability tests, the user is asked to stop to locate an interface element after contextualizing the task with a specific instruction.
