Can you tell us how you are adding the elements in the footer of your website? I see that you use generatepress as a theme. In this case, to add the information you want to display, you must use widgets. To do this, go to the Appearance section -> Widgets and in each one that mentions footer you can add each of the elements you want to have, for example
Generatepress allows you to add widgets that become the columns that are displayed in the footer, by adding each element in a widget they will be displayed side by side
Keep in mind that the elements must be added in the widgets that indicate Footer and not in those of Top Bar or for example
If possible, send us a screenshot of how you add these options to the footer of your website so that we can verify what is happening in greater detail.
