8 – Pert Chart
In the previous lesson we saw practically the essential options to carry out the necessary project management actions, in addition we developed these on a very complete example of software development.
However, that’s not all we can do with GanttProject, there are many more features. In this lesson we are going to see Pert diagrams and how they can help us to see possible mistakes that we may have made in the initial planning.
