Good afternoon, I would like to know how I can create a form in Gravity forms and that when adding the acceptance of the consent of the terms that text appears in the pdf.
When I create a contact form, I can’t add informational text without requiring the customer to enter a field. For example, when I add the field for them to accept the terms and conditions, and then a copy of this form is sent via PDF, the client receives the pdf with the fields completed but the terms and services text does not appear.
