Imagine a person without any knowledge of web or host management, who at the moment is devoid of a webmaster or webdesigner when this person is presented with a problem of disk space and image optimization.
In addition, this person does not speak the language of the host, which was chosen by a former webdesigner who did not finish the job and the current webdesigner said that he would not do anything on a host that she had not contracted. That doesn’t sound like a happy ending story, does it?
Well, to my total surprise, everything ended well. The experts were very attentive, they taught me all the steps to take, they listened to my pitiful Spanish, they told me where to find each file and finally they did not understand how they optimized the photos on the website.
In truth, I never managed to understand what the hosts that I have been frequenting since the 90s were telling me, when I made the first website of my store, that is why I assumed that we belonged to separate universes. Now, I have to review this concept. Thank you very much for that encouraging experience. I have never imagined that a host in Spain would serve my needs better than my host of 25 years in Brazil. !! Congratulations!!
