Here’s how to make it happen:

1. Right click on a video. On YouTube and some other platforms, a custom context menu will appear.
2. If you see a platform-specific context menu at first, right-click the same spot again to switch to the Chrome context menu. On some platforms, like Vimeo or Crackle, the Chrome right-click window will appear immediately, so you don’t have to double-right-click.
3. Select picture in picture to display the video in its own always visible window.
