How to list authors by last name

Hello, It helped me to do it with code, the plugin you mention has no way to show the last name first. I need to add the comma between the last name and the first name and order by last name.

So far it looks like this:

As you can see, although I managed to put the last name first, the alphabetical order still takes it by the first name.

I also need to investigate how to put the comma and a space after the last name. If you have any key, very grateful!
