start the File Browser on your PC and go to the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application

Go to the menu Start and start powershell as administrator.
Now copy and paste the following command into this window PowerShell and press Enter :
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}
