I understand that the problem you mention is the scrolling down of the Twitter module. I have done tests with an iPad and I see that this only happens when viewing the web with a vertical layout. Horizontally it displays correctly.
Analyzing the code, there doesn’t seem to be anything causing the problem, and it doesn’t seem to be something unique to the iPad, since if so, it would have to fail with landscape as well.
Everything seems to indicate that it is an issue related to the template you are using. You would have to contact the developers of the template to tell them about the issue.
