License to use programs on a single computer

This question depends on the type of license you have purchased for the program. Typically, the program is licensed for use on one computer only. Therefore, you could install it on one computer and only one.

Then, if you want to use it on another computer, you would legally have to uninstall it from the first one and install it on the new computer where you want to use it.

One thing should also be noted. Many programs do not know that you have installed it on several computers at the same time, but the Windows operating system and, for example, the Office package detect when software has been installed on several computers, because to activate it, the code or serial number is sent to Microsoft. If you install it on several computers, in the end you will block your own software and you will not be able to use it, unless you contact them to solve the problem.
