I don’t know if you are seeing the correct file, I think not because if you see the image above it is at 2%,
What it tells you is that the plugin is already 80% translated and you can download the files from the URL it tells you:

It is not the translation that you have, but that of the plugin itself.
Another option is to download the plugin folder and try to find the text string.
– From your cPanel you compress the folder where you have the plugin in a .zip file and download it to your PC
– On your PC you unzip it.
– Open TextPad, Find, Find in File (Control+F5)
– In the window “Search in Files“:
Search: The string you want to find
In files: *.*
in folder: the folder you unzipped from the component.
Check the option (below) “Search in subfolders“.
Click on button “Reviewand wait for results.
Another option instead of TextPad is NotePad++
