In this case, since you use Generatepress as the theme for your website, you can modify these from the customization options, to do this go to Appearance -> Customize -> Design -> Header and select that the alignment is in the center
After that you must go to the same section Appearance -> Customize -> Design -> Navigation and modify the alignment of your menu so that it is below the centered logo
In this way your logo will be at the top and the menu will be located below
