You shouldn’t be concerned about this “bug”, it’s not really a bug. It is a restriction applied from the firewall, which prevents these types of requests or connections from being made from IP addresses originating in non-Spanish-speaking countries. GTMetrix, having its servers in non-Spanish speaking countries, will not have access to certain requests to your website. Within the Waterfall tab, right where the error that you tell us is reported, you can see:
Restricted access from your connection
