The design guides published by Google for the creation of websites or applications specifically designed for Android systems are known by the name of Material Design.
Material Design is not a framework or code library, but conceptual design guides that authors can follow to achieve designs and user experience in line with the lines set by Google for its applications and the Android system.

Within Material Design we find different types of interfaces, colors, icons, with application guides. Everything in a generic way and applicable to any interface design. Then, based on Material Design, we find various design frameworks, application components, web components or icon libraries. These products are in many cases offered by Google itself, but sometimes by other companies or developers.
