Mount a Web TV

Hello good morning everyone, I have been researching the different solutions on the internet to set up a webtv and I would like to know your opinion on its use. I maintain a website for a production company and they have asked me to look at the budget for a webtv, I don’t want to have to host all the content on my own server and therefore use an external company, since I don’t know that much about streaming so I can solve any incident myself. It would be a channel with the production company’s own content and that would intersperse advertising to finance itself. With video on demand and a schedule of programming. And the player embedded in its own page. With this I have been looking and… I understand that the first to stand out was MOGULUS, which is now LIVESTREAM (www.livestream.com), a website that gives me seriousness and confidence for being one of the first to offer this content to the public ( and more knowing that it is used in American political campaigns), but I am concerned about communication with them since my English is not very fluent and the issue of advertising through the services it offers (Google adwords for video, adapt.tv , tremor…) I don’t know how it works to be able to communicate it to the client. In other words, in these advertising systems, can you contact your own advertisers so that they put their ads in those services and from there link them to your channel? Or are they random ads that you have no control over? Later I have seen more solutions but the question is always the same, how to solve the issue of advertising within the channel. In Spanish I have found Interoute (which does not explain the service very much), SimpleWebTV (which would not have a hosting service) and multistream (It gives me a good feeling but to embed the player in another page you have to work with its API and I am not clear on how it works nor the cost of the resources since, is the content hosted on our server?) Anyway, it is a long question and I just want you to give me an opinion about your experiences to see if I get some clarity along the way while I wait for a response from the different companies. Thank you so much for your attention. All the best. Gabriel.
