The version of the database management system you have is 10.3.27-MariaDB-cll-lve, which is MySQL version 5.6.48 considering the release dates. MySQL version 5.5 I doubt that it will be used by servers. To corroborate what I am saying you can review the following guide ->
According to the Learndash documentation (see ) I see the following:
- MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater
Therefore, you would be meeting this requirement, since you have version 10.3.27 of MariaDB.
I don’t think the MySQL version has anything to do with the performance of your WordPress, although there is a high consumption of resources by it, I think it would have more to do with the fact that you have around 30 active plugins, do you really need all these? Plugins are the main reason for low performance and high resource consumption in WordPress. So I suggest you deactivate and remove those plugins that are not really necessary for you and if after doing this debugging you still have performance problems then write a ticket directed to the optimization area from your client area ->
I also suggest increasing the values of the PHP parameters from your cPanel -> Applications -> Configure PHP -> Configurable PHP Parameters: configure the following parameters for your hosting account -> Increase the values of the listed PHP parameters to the maximum available : max_execution_time, max_input_time, (…), max_input_vars
