The SaaS platform introduces new communication channels in which worker interaction is sought through simple questions on different topics relevant to the team, which are launched at different times of the day and which encourage constant feedback. Users can answer them anonymously if they wish and express their opinion, even offering the company the possibility of establishing a conversation with them in real time, so that communication can be two-way.

In addition, the platform collects all the responses in the form of metrics so that they can be measurable and the trends of what is happening in the organization can be analyzed. Among the parameters that they analyze is the level of motivation or frustration of employees, points for improvement, voting for initiatives, recognition among colleagues, etc.
