Origin of web text files translation

Hello Carlos.

You have to do the translations from the loco translate plugin.

if you want to do it directly in the files you can use Texpad:

From your cPanel, compress the folder where you have the web or the plugin that you want to modify The text strings in a .zip file and download it to your PC
– On your PC you unzip it.
– Open TextPad, Search, Search in file (Control+F5)
– In the “Search in Files” window:

Find: String of text you want to modify
In files: *.*
In Folder: The folder you unzipped from the component.
Check the option (below) “Search in subfolders”.
Click “Browse” button and wait for results.

Another option instead of TextPad is NotePad++

– Notepad++: notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.2.2.html
– Textpad: www.textpad.com/download/index.html

Another option is to download the .mo and .po language files and edit them with the Poedit program:
