Hi Vincent.
The password change URL has an expiration time, if you do not make the change at the same time that you request it, the time of that URL may expire and you will not be able to modify the password.
Redo the password recovery, check the email and follow the steps to recover it.
Another option to modify the password is from the database.
.- Access your cPanel account.
.- Access phpMyAdmin
.- Select the database used by your installation:
->
.- Select the table _employee
.- Select “Edit” of the user you want to change the password.
.- In cell ” passwd ” selects ” MD5 ” and adds the new password for that user.
