Hi, I’m having a problem in my prestashop. When a product runs out of stock and we put stock back on that product, all orders made with that product automatically enter us without status and without an associated product; Assistant screenshot
In the payment gateways that we have (Paycomet and FacilyPay) the order is registered with the correct payment and without problem.
If I go back to the cart of that order, it does appear that it has that associated product, but when I enter the order it comes out empty (as indicated in the screenshot above).
Any suggestion please?
