prestashop language

Hello
If I may return to my problem again:
In manual mode it invites me to translate 836 sentences by hand and from English to Russian, I think that is not the solution in my case.
When uninstalling the entire pack again and installing it, I will show you my steps just in case a detail escapes me:
1) in Localization I import a Russian language pack (several times it gives me errors =>
2 errors
The file cannot be downloaded on PrestaShop.com
No language pack available for your version.

That happens as with Russian, the same as with another language.
When I insist several times, he answers me that the packet was installed successfully.

2) Then I go to Languages and install a new language with the following parameters: ISO code: “ru”, language code: “ru-ru”
When entering the ISO code, the red screen appears and then disappears with the following: “Technical error: translation server inaccessible.” But then it disappears and doesn’t stop you from saving the new language, it tells you it’s successfully added.

Then investigating in File Manager I found the following:
in the Translations folder there are folders with names like es, en, ca and also ru, but among other gzip files there is no ru.gzip.
When opening this folder (ru) there are 5 files: admin.php, errors.php, etc. But content of these files has only this:

and nothing more. Comparing pe with es and in that they have quite large files and with translations.

Also in Themes=>Default-bootstrap=>Lang between folders index.php, en.php, es.php I don’t see ru.php either

I don’t know if all this I found is relevant, but what happens is that I cannot install a new language on my page and I have seen that other users have the same problem.

I have downloaded the ru.php file on the internet with all its content and translations, I have tried to upload it and also rewrite it on a copy of another similar one and I have not been able to, I suppose that I lack knowledge of php to do it correctly.

I don’t know if there is a solution?
