Put the VAT for all countries

Hi… I already did that check. I made a fictitious purchase from French Polynesia and the prices appear without VAT, and even when buying the product, the client buys it without VAT, but he thinks he is paying it since the text “VAT included” appears. However, in other countries this does not happen. The reason is that I have this tax rule enabled on all ES Standard rate (21%) products. And now I have noticed that in this tax rule, only about 29 countries appear. So if they buy from one of those 29 countries, the prices appear with VAT included and correctly, the problem is when they buy from a country that is not included in that tax rule. I have tried to create a tax rule including all the countries of the world, but if I do that, then I have to go product by product changing the box “tax rule” that is in product/price , and we have 6000 products, so I guess I’m doing something wrong.
