Refresh or reload a web page

Hello good day. I am trying to solve a problem that has arisen on my website, and well I have been looking for information both in this forum and on the internet, but I have not found exactly what I want.
The question is the following, within my website I have a page where an image of a webcam is shown, this image is uploaded by the camera to the server every two minutes, that is, the image it shows is updated every 2 minutes.
The problem I have is that I would like that particular page to be automatically refreshed or reloaded, so that the new image is displayed. I have tried to install an extension in Chrome called Chrome reload, and effectively the page is reloaded, but the image remains the same. in the case of Chrome if I want to see the new updated image, I have to delete the browsing data, and so on, so that later by reloading the page with F5 for example, the new image is displayed, then if the new image is uploaded by the camera .
What I think is that the page is saved in the Chrome cache, (or any other browser) and even if it is updated, it always comes out the same.
My question is, how can I make this page in particular (and not the whole web) show the updated image.
If it can be done in some way, either by entering code, a plugin in wordpress, etc.
Previously when I had my website built in html, I had put a code ( ), which works fine, but now in wordpress it seems that it doesn’t work anymore.
I would really appreciate all the help, clues, that you can give me.
Thanks and regards.
