Requesting the retirement pension when our working life has ended is a key procedure, so there is no need to leave a loose end. Not having telematic means does not have to be a problem, since Social Security makes face-to-face means available to the citizen with the aim of facilitating management for those people who do not have a digital certificate or Cl@ve PIN.

Due to the restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic, face-to-face care has been limited for appointments previously arranged at the Care and Information Centers of the National Social Security Institute. To make an appointment, there are two options: by phone or by telematic means.

Citizens who do not have telematic means can make an appointment on the Social Security phones 91 541 25 30 and 901 10 65 70, with a 24-hour service from Monday to Sunday, without interruption. , the body reports that to get the appointment “you have to respond verbally or press the keys on the phone.”

Thus, the citizen will have to inform what procedure they wish to carry out, what is their postal code to make an appointment at the office closest to their home and what is their ID. How to request an appointment online

It may also be the case that the citizen, even having access to telematic methods, prefers to carry out the process in person at the Social Security offices. You can use precisely these methods to make an appointment, either on the Social Security website at its electronic headquarters.

To do this, you can do it with or without a digital certificate (), or user + password. The system will ask for your name and surname, ID and mobile phone number, although sometimes it also requests a phone number.

With the identification data already entered, the system gives the option of choosing the first appointment available in our postal code, the first appointment available in our province, or the citizen choosing the appointment that best suits them.
