Specifying Browser Cache

Hello, I have read several threads regarding this topic, I need to know if I can do something more about it.

In my .htaccess I have:

Google Insights returns me:

I understand that external resources are not easy to optimize. Can I download any of these resources to use them from the hosting and not as an external resource? I need to earn some more points.
