This beer is the result of the joint work of the master brewers of the Galician company and the Irish company O’Hara’s. This is the first collaborative beer from Hijos de Rivera and also the first top-fermented beer, an Ale beer that comes to enrich this demanding beer range, aimed at a vast minority.

In its preparation, four varieties of hops and four types of malt have been used: Pale Ale, toasted malt, caramel malt and, for the first time, roasted malted wheat. Added to this combination of ingredients is the use of high fermentation yeast and the application of the dry hopping technique during the maturation of the beer.

The result is a beer that pairs well with seafood and sushi, with salads with flavorful dressings, or with a traditional Irish-style beef stew. In addition, it is perfect to taste with caramel, chocolate and/or banana-based desserts.
