This time with a dishwasher, practically an essential in any home, the institution wanted to make it clear that to have a good appliance “”.

With a useful life of around ten years, buying a dishwasher is always a complicated task that requires some research and analysis on the part of the client. For this reason, the OCU has wanted to facilitate the work, wielding a classification according to the level of satisfaction with each brand as well as recommending what to look for when opting for one or the other.

The baskets, the washing programs, the anti-overflow protection, the noise or, even with the latest technology, the control from the mobile are key aspects to decide on a purchase. In addition, for those purchased online, the OCU recommends making sure that the price includes the installation and removal of the old dishwasher.

Finally, the institution details that the most common type of breakdown in this type of appliance has to do with the circulation of water and drainage (13% of appliances), followed by failures in buttons and controls (9% ), the poor drying of clothes (8%) and the malfunction of the detergent box (8%).
