They have slipped us with a shipment to the Balearic Islands

Hello:

On our website we have free shipping from €50, to the Peninsula. We have also configured the theme so that for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there is only one carrier (post office) that is not the one we have as free. The fact is that the other day, a client has “sneaked” it into us, putting a province that corresponds to the Balearic Islands but that the system has not detected as such. Total, since the issue of labels is automatic, we have made a shipment by a transport company, which has come out at a peak, and we have lost money on the sale. Since I don’t want this to happen to us again, I have started to look at what has happened or at least, to specify through the postal codes all the provinces that belong to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, etc. However, as much as I search, I don’t see anywhere where the zip codes are. I only see in International->Geographical Locations the different provinces of Spain, correctly marked with the Spain zone, those of the peninsula, an area called the Balearic Islands and the others (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla ….). However, I don’t see anywhere where you can put that a postal code belongs to, to put this specific case, the Balearic Islands. In other words, and in summary: The client has entered his postal code and the system has not detected it as the Balearic Islands, and that is the problem. If they were in the zip codes, it wouldn’t have happened.

Do you know how this is done? Thanks and kind regards.
