Title and meta description of the image in different languages

Buenas tardes,

I have checked what you told me before, if I go to the media section and do it from there, it works, but when I go inside the product there I cannot change the language.

and when I enter the web, the general image of the product if you put the mouse over it if you can see that it works, but when you enter the product the image that is shown, the title does not change.
