I have installed the Virtual Tpv and it does not work. I cannot carry out transactions through the website www.iseform.com. I am attaching two screenshots of the screens that come out. When I click on “Confirm order”, I get the error page in data sent. Contact your business. I have been looking in the guide and it is the error !–SIS0026: (Error. The trade / terminal sent does not exist). How can I solve this problem? Thanks.

Hello.
The error that it indicates, SIS0026, is related to the fact that you are trying to connect to the test environment – you cannot because the data that we send you with the registration (merchant number and terminal) correspond to the real environment. For this error to disappear, you have to access with the keys that we provide you through the following URL.

I have entered the page that they indicate me and I do not know what to do there. I have called them by phone and they tell me that I would have to contact the computer scientist who does the payment gateway for me, since they have to handle technical language. I don’t know if you can help me because I don’t have a computer scientist to do the payment gateway work for me. If you need any more information ask me, but I need to solve this as soon as possible.
