Secure payment options, the main lack of buying and selling websites

Something that 7 out of 10 users of these websites or apps miss is the that there is a secure payment optionwhile a 46.3% would like there to be a home delivery option. A 15.3% think it would be interesting to have financing for the most expensive products. Other issues that concern the customer are fraud, customer service, usability and others.

Lack of guarantees, which is why many do not use these apps
