Amazon has never clearly bet on cryptocurrencies

For his part, his heir as CEO of Amazon, Andy Jassy, ​​said in a clearer way that he does not own any bitcoin or NFTs, but that he is optimistic about the future of these technologies.

“I don’t own bitcoin and we’re probably not close to adding any crypto as a payment mechanism on Amazon, but I do think it will become more common over time,” Jassy added.
