- Small companies or Micro-companies with between 3 and 9 employees: segment II.
- Small businesses or Micro-businesses: segment III.
The First call of this bond focuses on small and medium-sized companies with between 10 and 49 employees, that is, those corresponding to Segment I, with an investment of 500 million euros.

Requirements and deadlines for aid for SMEs
To be beneficiaries of digital kit bonus, Segment I companies with between 10 and 49 employees must meet the following requirements:
- Be small companies or freelancers with a fiscal domicile belonging to Spain.
- Have the consideration of small business or micro-business.
- Be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency having a minimum seniority of 6 months.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security.
- Do not exceed the minimum aid limit.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a prior decision by the European Commission.
- Have the evaluation of the Digital Maturity Level.
What does the Digital Kit include?
The subsidies offered by the program for digital improvement can be financed with bonds of 12,000 euros that are divided into 10 categories:
- Creation of web pages and visibility of the company on the internet
- electronic commerce
- Management of social networks to promote the business
- Improve and digitize customer management
- Business intelligence and analytics
- Virtual office tools and services
- Digitization and automation of business processes
- Electronic bill

How to request the Digital Kit voucher
The self-employed and SMEs must request their Digital Kit Bonus through a legal representative through an automated form present in the Electronic Office of Red.es and complete a self-diagnosis test. This test evaluates the degree of digitization of the company and advises on its current needs.
The application period is open from March 15 to September 14 at 11 am. Each volunteer representative may submit a maximum of 500 applications per day. Remember that for the application it is necessary to present the applicant’s NIF, name of the natural person or company name of the legal person, fiscal address of the natural or legal person, telephone number and contact information.
Previous steps to request the Digital Kit bonus:
- Register in the private area of and complete the self-diagnostic test that takes no more than 10 minutes.

- Request assistance at the Red.es electronic office (sede.red.gob.es).

How to be a digitizing agent
The announcement of adhesion to register as digitizing agent is already published in and will be available while the Digital Kit Program.
At the time of submitting the application, the company must have a specific web page for the offer of services aimed at the beneficiaries of the aid. It must be shown that the information is associated with the call for Digital Kit grants, include the official logo of the ‘Next Generation EU’ funds and the official logos of the Digital Kit program and show the digitization solutions.

If accepted, the They must comply with the following obligations, among others:
- Communicate, in the event of a requirement by Red.es, the companies with which each of the digitization solutions will be provided, as well as the employment generated both in the Adhered Digitizing Agent.
- Mention in your media (publications, web pages or similar) that the financing of the aid is made with funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain, financed by the European Plan Next Generation EU.
- Provide the due collaboration in the tasks of verifying the correct provision of the subsidized actions.
- Do not condition the beneficiary to contract any other product that does not correspond to the Catalog of Digitization Solutions of the Program.
