WP Mail SMTP settings

Hello, I am configuring the WP Mail SMTP plugin. In the encryption part I have put TLS but when sending the test email it keeps thinking. If I put SSL it works fine, although I get a warning:

DMARC

Action Recommended: It doesn’t look like DMARC has been set up on your domain (mamafermenta.com). We recommend using the DMARC protocol because it helps protect your domain from unauthorized use. Please check out for details on how to add this record to your domain’s DNS.

And also this:

The test email may have been sent, but its deliverability should be improved.

What do I do with the encryption? I leave it in SSL? Should TLS work? or better put “None”?
