Using the Outlook app on your mobile device, follow these steps:
To Archive Emails:
- Open the Outlook app.
- Select the email(s) you want to archive.
- Tap the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner.
- Choose “Move to folder” and select “File, Archive.”
To Unarchive Emails:
- In the Outlook inbox, tap “Folders” in the lower left corner.
- Select “File, Archive.”
- Choose the archived email(s) you want to unarchive.
- Tap the three horizontal dots in the right corner.
- Select “Move to folder” and choose “Inbox.”
