Hello!. I have Prestashop 1.6.1.6 and I use the Leodigital theme.
Today trying to buy in my store, I find that it does not show Paypal or Aplazame as payment methods. Both modules appear in the list of installed modules. I have checked the configuration and the credentials are ok.
The other 2 forms of payment that do appear when paying are Stripe and Transfer payment.
If I go to modules –> payment, only Stripe and Paypal appear in “active payment methods” (how strange, isn’t it?)
On the other hand, in Module Positions –> displayPament, all 4 appear correctly.
I’ve tried disabling some and re-enabling them, as well as refreshing and clearing cache after those tests, but the problem persists.
I will appreciate if you have suspicions of what may be happening, thank you.
