The passenger transport sector is beginning to pick up after the almost mandatory stoppage that was the peak of the pandemic. Now, with the recovery of the routes, the company Alsa, is looking for bus drivers for several of its routes.
Alsa is known for having introduced important technological changes to its buses, and it is ranked as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain according to the Merco people ranking.
With more than 15,000 people on staff and a continuous training plan for its team, it is now looking for drivers for around twenty routes.
Conditions and salaries of Alsa drivers
Some of the routes for which they are looking for personnel are for long-distance lines, and others for lines, for example, from schools and colleges.
In a full working day, the salary of these drivers is 1,500 euros gross per month.
Requirements to be a bus driver
Among the requirements of most offers is required:
– Be in possession of a class D driving license, a valid CAP card for travelers, a tachograph card and a minimum of 12 points on a driving license.
– Accredit experience in bus driving
– High capacity to offer positive and quality customer service.
– Reside in the cities of the offer or nearby
