Bookly Notifications

Hello Argentina.

I understand that all the configurations of the plugin itself are well done (it’s the first thing I looked at), that’s why I’ve attached screenshots above with the configuration, both of the emails that work, and those that don’t, to see if you could guide me about if there is something wrong (I imagine you have seen them).

Bookly’s technical service is not helping me much, when I get past a bot, I am attended to by different technicians each time who insist that the problem is not theirs, (all this in English, a language that I do not master), and for Another part in , all the messages I receive are oriented to the fact that the problem is with Bookly.

I’ve been like this, eleven days fighting with everyone without finding a solution, and until a couple of days ago the colleagues from the technical service didn’t refer me to this forum, where they told me that maybe I would find a solution.

What I want to tell you with this is that I am going to review everything for the umpteenth time, but at this point I really doubt that something like this has happened to me.

I’m going to try to recapitulate the whole story pasting what they were telling me on Bookly, in case it tells you something that escapes me:

The first thing they told me when I finally managed to get along with a technician was this:

Could you check if the webhooks in your Stripe account are set up correctly?

At first that was not, and then I received this:

It seems that this is due to your firewall. Stripe couldn’t be able to notify your site about the payment due to a 403 error. Please see the following Stripe log:

Can you please ask your hosting provider about this issue?

From there we go to the ticket, to which I imagine you have access. “Some adjustments” are made on the server side, and nothing.

The next thing we do is install a plugin so that the emails are not sent by PHP but by SMTP (whatever that means). Any

And the next thing was this message in the forum (all this very summarized)

In the end I only have 2 things clear:

1 – That the emails that are not being sent are what Bookly calls “instant notifications” (those that do not require the famous cron)

2- That says that it is Bookly’s fault, and Bookly says that it is ‘s fault, and that I am in the middle, that I am nothing more than a number for both of them, and that the only one who loses sleep over this is me.

I’m not a computer scientist, I’m a historian, and I know that my knowledge of all this is very limited, but if I say that the plugin is well configured and I attach screenshots, and the next thing I am told is if the plugin is well configured. .

Really, forgive the frustration, but this is taking away many hours of sleep, I see that in the end there will be no solution, that no one gives me an answer despite paying a technical service every year, and that my business ( on which my life and that of my family depends) is suffering greatly and my clients are unhappy.

Anyway, thank you very much for your time, and let’s see if someone can help me.
