Cafler, the car service management startup, raises €5M to expand its business – Marketing 4 Ecommerce – Your online marketing magazine for e-commerce

One of the main demands of today’s consumers is the flexibility and availability of services, this applied to any business model. In this way, it has become imperative that new startups develop innovative proposals that can adapt to this new culture.

A bet with which it has recently closed its second round of investment for a value of 5 million euros, which it will use to expand its services and start an internationalization process.

The round was led by the venture capital fund Seaya Ventureswho also invested in companies such as wall box, Y Cabify. It also had the support of entities that had already opted for this tool: Banco Sabadell, Entrust, Didac Lee, Rene de Jong Y Jacky Abitbolpartner of Cathay Innovation.

Cafler was founded in 2021 by Richard Guillem and Inigo Diego with the aim of creating a disruptive change in the automotive sector. That is to say, to simplify, cheapen and shorten the times of users who need to carry out procedures related to their cars, such as, for example, taking them to the wash, refueling, managing the ITV and carrying out the revisions prior to the ITV.

It even has a transfer service to mobilize the cars from one point to another, as requested by the client. All these procedures are carried out from the app using its own technology, which helps users to optimize the economy and provide drivers with safety. At the same time, it offers associated workshops opportunities for greater profitability.

Under this business model, the Catalan startup has managed to consolidate its position in 25 Spanish cities; In addition to expanding its model to the markets of and , locating itself in Paris and London. Currently, the company has a work team of around 50 persons and with 2,000 points associated service.

International expansion and new services

This injection of capital will serve to promote the strategies of internationalization of the company, which intends to open new branches in cities such as Milan and Berlinwhile consolidating its presence in Spanish territory.

Similarly, part of the capital received will be invested in the development of new services and productsexpanding its catalog with options such as workshop services or fuel tank filling, among others.
