Hi Javier.
You can put the style codes in the position you want, that is, they do not follow an order.
Directly add the following code to the end of the file that my colleague Alejo indicated:
h2, h2 a, h2 a:hover { color: #ff0000!important; }
You just have to copy and paste it into the file.
