In this case I understand that what you want is to preserve the functionality of the sections of the client account page, but customize their visual appearance, if so in this case you can customize the account page using the Divi builder and the options of theme generator, you can see detailed information about it in its official documentation -> Content only visible to registered users
You can verify if with this you manage to modify what you need
