Direct Bill Course #7. Sales invoices – .com

In this seventh class of the Direct Invoice course, we are going to see how to create sales invoices.

We are in a crucial part of this course and of our day-to-day accounting for our business. Perhaps it is the part that you like the most, since it is about including the income that we have obtained. We will be able to make several types of invoices depending on the business model that we are using.

We will see two types. The classic one that will be the one we will work on the most, and another, very interesting if we have a membership site. Imagine making all the invoices for your membership subscribers one by one. Crazy, right? No problem, Direct Bill already has this problem resolved. This is the recurring invoice. This will solve many headaches for us, since we will be able to automate the process. And not only that, but to send this invoice directly to our customers without having to leave the platform.

You see it! It is as simple as generating a new document in which we have to indicate who the contact is, what the product is and check that the particular conditions are the same as the general ones. Otherwise, modify it.

With a single stroke of the pen we can see what our monthly income is. Even if we have collected or are pending collection. Let’s say that Direct Invoice is not only going to help us with the taxation of our business, but it will also act as financial control, as we will see in future classes.
