With only images you have practically all the hosting occupied.
62406 images, occupying a total of 2628MB
I asked a fellow host to duplicate your account for 24h, check if you can now perform the scan with the cleanner plugin.
Having many images will take a long time, even hours.

When using wordpress you have high capacity plans that you can spend whenever you want, if you want you can send a ticket to support and they will inform you about those plans:
