Download file by filling out the form

Hi John,
I’ll explain the procedure and what happens to me, to see if I’m the one doing it wrong.

I install plugins “Email Before Download and Download Monitor”. Contact form I already have it installed.

– Create form in Contact Form
– I upload file with Download Monitor
– Capture form id and uploaded file.
– I create a private page with a password, and I write the shortcode in it. X id of the form and Y that of Download, after writing a text.

When publishing the page to view it, I don’t get the form, only the shortcode.
