EiDF Solar, after the presentation of the results for the first quarter and the , has revised its forecasts upwards.
The current business plan includes growth in the areas of self-consumption and generation, as well as the positive effect of the integration of marketing. The company raises its billing forecasts for this year by 33%, going from the initial 224 million euros to the current 299 million euros, with a 15% increase in EBITDA over the previous business plan.
For the 2022-2025 period, it estimates a 170% increase in turnover to reach 509 million euros in 2025. As for EBITDA, it is expected to reach 106 million euros in 2025, increasing by 353%.
Self-consumption
The self-consumption area, the main activity of the company on which the others revolve, integrates in the current plan the sale of energy surpluses from the PPA contracts in operation. At the end of the first half of the year, EiDF had a portfolio of PPA projects for a total volume of 67.5 MW.
Self-consumption, together with the EPC for Generation, are the units in which EiDF has extensive experience and knowledge, and will be the division that contributes the highest EBITDA figure in 2022.
