Reviewing your account I see that you have problems with the Cetelen module.

Access your cPanel account -> File Manager
.- Access the Modules folder of the installation and rename the folder “cetelem” for example “cetelem_old”
Then I see the following:
Ownership Customer->secure_key is not valid
From what I can see, this error may be from the Cetelem module itself or even from the Redsys module if you use a payment gateway with Redsys.
The first thing is to try the Cetelem module and thus we are discarding things.
