The consulting firm everis has announced in a statement its plans to hire 3,000 professionals throughout 2021. The consulting firm, with a strong technological component, is part of NTT, chosen in a survey carried out on Linkedin as the best company in which work in Spain.

everis has positioned itself in the sector as a technological expert in the design and implementation of solutions based on technologies such as Cloud, Security, Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence for clients in the private sector and public administrations.
Despite the fact that 2020 was a year of uncertainty in many of the productive sectors in Spain, the company decided to commit to a talent protection plan.
This plan consisted of reassigning to projects of a social nature those professionals who, due to the situation, had been temporarily unassigned, avoiding making any readjustment of the workforce. In addition, promotions continued at all levels of the company in the corresponding months.
everis was also able to continue with the rate of hiring. In the second half of the fiscal year alone (closing on March 31), 1,300 people joined the workforce in Spain, a number that is expected to continue to rise throughout 2021 to 3,000 technology consulting professionals.
“We came out of a complicated situation strengthened thanks to the professionalism and capacity of all the people dedicated to applying technological solutions in our ecosystem,” said Flora G. Mesa, Global Head of People at everis in the statement released by the company.
