If you want our Migration Team to migrate your site, we will need:
- Your current hosting provider.
- A functional link to your current provider’s admin area (for example, a login screen, a wp-admin link, etc.).
- Your login details, for example username and password (for WordPress websites, make sure the username is connected to an admin user).
- Enough disk space on your previous hosting provider to support web migration (you can find this information in your control panel).
(Want to migrate a WordPress multisite website? No problem! All you need to do is give our Migration Team access to your files and database.)
If you want to manually migrate your site, you will need:
Your website files downloaded to your computer () Your website database ().
Please make sure to upload both the files and the database when migrating manually (if you don’t, your website won’t work).
